Insurance Patients: Deductibles and copays are due at the time of service
Insurance is a contract between you the patient, and the insurance carrier. We will bill your primary insurance as a courtesy. In most cases we can estimate the amount your insurance will pay, but it is the insurance company that makes the final determination of your eligibility. You are responsible for any unpaid balance. We will not bill secondary or tertiary carriers, but can supply you with copies if you would like to submit
Medicare We are non par with Medicare Click Here
Medicare covers only traditional spinal manipulation only, no maintenance care, and no ancillary procedures, nor care of a chronic condition. If you have questions, please ask the doctor
Cash Patients: Payment is due at the time of service: If we must bill you, there will be a billing charge.
If you cannot keep an appt, please call. (Even if the call is 10 min before the appt you will not be charged.) A 25.00 charge will be made for repeated missed appointments.
